At Branch, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into the original shipping boxes with the necessary protective padding.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of each box.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at a local drop-off point or contact our support team to schedule a convenient home pickup for larger items.
